Near Human
Near Humans are humanoids who's physiology is almost identical to that of Humans, they may have been transplanted Humans who evolved along different lines or have interbred with Humans to the point where they are barely distinguishable from Humans.
Near Humans are not to be confused with Humanoids however, all Near Humans are Humanoid.
