Plot Synopsis
The crew of the Muffin finally confront the Sith and everything is turned on its side.
Plot Summary
Coming out of the Necron Nebula the Muffin quickly happens upon The Castrator? and open fire. The Sith ship is badly damaged and plumets to the planet Repak below but not before a smaller shuttle escapes. Belinda recognizes it as Creepius and goes after him before the Captain can really mount a protest.
Resigning himself to the fact that he can't stop her, Captain Smith gathers Shauna, Angrius, Lt. Cunningham, and Iadgo Tellal to transport down to the planet and confront their foes.
They find Darth Noyance, Darth Bitch and Darth Pester waiting for them and are quickly joined by Adani Trecor and Ambar Nikto. Before the fight can begin, however, words are exchanged and it is revealed that Marty has been a double agent all along. Adani is quickly relieved that she doesn't have to be Sith and Nikto snaps, staying on the dark side. When it is suggested that Angrius might come back over to the dark side Darth Bitch starts on a tirade about how useless he is and how she doesn't want him back. This only ends when he puts a lightsaber blade through her face.
After all of that Darth Pester decides he's had enough of the Sith and leaves, Angrius and Nikto escape on Nikto's ship and the others beam back to the Muffin.
Angrius follows Nikto back to her ship and they head out, but before they do Angrius encouters the Force Ghost of Darth Bitch, much to his frustration.
On Algoria Belinda tracks down Creepius and they battle in a temple of the Ancients. After much destruction they fight themselves in a chamber with a powerful Ancient Machine and after accidentally activating it purple lighting begins to spark all around the room. Creepius mortally injures Belinda, but before he can finish the job he begins to disappear. Letting out a frustrated howl he disappears without the Saber of Ages and Belinda picks it up just long enough to stumble through the collapsing room, only to fall, drop the saber into a crack in the floor and drag her weary blood soaked body over to a control panel to shut off the machine. She manages to shut off the machine, but not before she herself disappears with an exasperated sigh.
Critical Reception
Between Marty's return to the good guys and the movie of the lightsaber duel between Belinda and Creepius this episode was extremely well received and contains one of the highest number of comments in any storyline.
