Snoogiewoogielar "TAG"
"IT IS NOT!"--TAG in reference to his antenna being like a mood ring.
Snoogiewoogielar or TAG (short for Token Alien Guy) is a representative of the Nuzzalari science council on board the Muffin and the Muffin's Chief Science Officer. He wears his heart on his sleeve, or rather on top of his head as his antenna changes color to reflect strong emotions. He tries to maintain a cold and even temper as not to allow a change to his antenna but he betrays his emotions far often than he would like. He is often sarcastic and snide but respects his Captain regardless of how he might act.
Biography
Early Childhood
Snoogiewoogielar was born to one of the elite science families of the Nuzzalari, as was expected of those in his clan he began his scientific studies early and did well in all of his studies. Throughout his life he retained a curiosity and interest in travel which was mostly encouraged by his people. His desire to interact with other races, however was less encouraged as Nuzzalari feel that most other races are inferior. Snoogiewoogielar, however overcame this and began a long career of interacting with the myriad of races in the universe. He found himself most at home with members of Alliance worlds and he soon petitioned his government to allow him to serve aboard Alliance Starships.
Secondary Education
(:thumb Fans./fanarttag.jpg width=100 captionfmt="TAG with his electrostick" align=right:) Though his training in the sciences was extensive long before he reached secondary education as is the custom with all Nuzzalari he continued to study after primary education. He did this study mostly in the capacity of a traveler among the stars with various Alliance Star Ships. In this time he also began training with an electrostick?, becoming very proficient in the weapon. Jumping from ship to ship Snoogiewoogielar learned many skills which he has carried with him. He also earned himself the nickname TAG by his human crew members, he has come to prefer this name to his birth name. He eventually found himself as the Chief Science Officer on the Muffin under Captain Hermes Rodrigo and has been content to remain with that ship and crew as it has offered him a greater range of experiences than any other vessel has in the past.
2350 and Beyond
As Chief Science Officer on the Muffin it is TAG's responsibility to asses the scientific value of a given situation and to explain in layman's terms to the rest of the crew exactly what is going on.
Personality Traits
Though often suspected to be emotionless TAG is very intelligent and expressive. He is also sensitive about several aspects of his nature and biology and his emotions show quite clearly through his antenna which changes color with his mood.
Mood colors:
- Red = Angry
- Yellow = Scared
- White = Embarrassed
- Black = Frustration/Annoyance
- Pink = Happy
Powers and Abilities
TAG has a keen mind and is very observant of the worlds around him. He is an expert with an electrostick and hand to hand combat.
Associations
TAG is mostly a loner, though he has been known to spend his free time with Skip Tyler and Robin Cunningham.
TAG is a member of the Nuzzalari Science Council and is in good standing with them, he also has some friends within the Nuzzalari Military.
