Chirpus 9 was the dusty and desolate homeworld of the Cricket People.

Geography

Chirpus 9 was primarily a desert world. Most of the water on the planet remained in underground reservoirs, entire lakes and oceans beneath the surface, while the surface was only deserts and mountains and the massive clay and dirt structures of the Cricket People.

History

Though invading forces have attempted to take control of the planet on a number of occasions for mineral resources the Cricket People were a formidable force in defending their home world.
