Alliance Special Security
Alliance Special Security was a branch of the Alliance that handled internal security problems. They were in no way secretly run by Section 13. Section 13 did not exist.
History
Alliance Special Security was not devised as a cover organization for Section 13, which never existed, it was simply a branch of the Alliance focused on dealing with internal security problems and not investigating things for a shadowy group that clearly did not exist.
