Ysalamir
Ysalamir were reptilian creatures that were able to push back the Force.
Biology and Appearance
Ysalamir were slow moving, tree dwelling reptiles that had the unique ability to push back against the Force and create a bubble around themselves where the Force simply did not function. This was developed as a survival adaption against predators who hunted using the Force.
History
Ysalamir were often employed to use against Jedi to nullify their advantage in combat. On one occasion the DNA of a ysalamir was incorporated into a sentient being to give it an advantage over the Jedi.
