Chameleon Cloak
Chameleon Cloaks were complex pieces of technology which allowed the wearer to assume the appearance of a another person approximately their own size. They were tightly regulated and very few were actually legally owned.
History
Developed as a form of espionage in the early 21st century, chameleon cloaks were always very rare and highly sought after by those who wanted to infiltrate or to disappear. Even early on they were tightly regulated and hoarded by those in power.
