Changelings were amorphous lifeforms that were able to change into any shape they desired.
Biology and Appearance
Their natural liquid state afforded them a great range of malleability of form. Though they were forced to return to that liquid state at regular intervals or suffer pain and restrictions on their metamorphic abilities.
