Cooper-Hofstadter Bridge
A Cooper-Hofstadter Bridge is a trans-subspace phenomena similar in nature to the Einstein-Rosen Bridge, however instead of transcending points in space it connects adjacent points across parallel dimensions. The theoretical aspects of the bridge were described by Dr. Sheldon Cooper and Dr. Leonard Hofstadter during the 21st century and in 2054 the two shared a Nobel Prize for the theory. The actual practice of the Bridge was discovered much earlier due to the discovery of an object known as a Quantum Mirror by Dr. Daniel Jackson of Stargate Command.
