The Shinobi Council
The Shinobi Council governed all dealings of the Space Ninjas. They were governed by three men known only as the The Sensei, The Samurai and The Ronin, these men gave up their names to take on the titles, they represented Wisdom, Honor, and Strength respectively.
History
When the Space Ninjas first reached Bushido and Shogun they established a government based on a feudal rule but not with an emperor at the head, but instead a council of three men who had given up their identities in favor of representing Wisdom, Honor, and Strength. These men directed all the activities of the Space Ninjas and passed their mantles along to new leaders as their lives dwindled.
