The Dark Council
The Dark Council was a group of seven individuals who control a majority of the galaxy through trickery, deception and brute force. The seven were the Goa'uld System Lord Amun, Head of the Clooner Corporation, Ben Noah Clooner, droid builder The Brain, synari Emperor Gancyclovir, human movie producer George Lucas, Sith Leader and Alliance President Palpatine, and remulan General Tomahawk.
History
The Dark Council was founded at an unknown time by a group of seven. Whether it was the same group of seven who rules now or an older group it was unknown. Exactly how long the Dark Council operated in the galaxy was a thing shrouded in the same mystery as the Council itself. They worked to keep information about the Council concealed. Speculation existed that the Council existed for millennia before the seven known members took over control of the Council and that the factions involved changed over time.
The Council was disbanded and destroyed with Darth Creepius took over the Sith and the Alliance. He killed Palatpine, Tomahawk, General Gancyclovir, and George Lucas, while Amun, The Brain, and Ben Noah Clooner managed to escape. Some effort was expended tracking them back down but ultimately they were left to their own devices, the Council destroyed.
