Koldian Fish
Koldian fish were a species of fish from the Koldian Sea on Weraang so genetically bottlenecked that the entire sea was populated only by the one type of fish.
Biology and Appearance
Koldian fish were a very simplistic species adapted to survive in the high salt environment of the Koldian Sea. They were so genetically similiar that any change in the climate of the Koldian sea would have likely killed them all.
History
Over millennia the Koldian Fish were naturally selected into a single inbred genetic strain that left them completely adapted for their unique environment and absolutely nothing else. They were often hunted for food as they provided a complete lack of variation in their taste and texture.
