Glow Grass
Glow Grass was a form of vegetation that appeared on a number of worlds, spread by seeds stuck to the hull of starships that had landed on some unknown world of origin.
Biology and Appearance
Glow grass was a simple photosynthesizing organism that spread through tiny spores on the hulls of spaceships. Those spores were able to survive in the harsh vacuum and stellar radiation of space. They had a bio-luminescence that gave them their name and provided no other sustenance or problem to the worlds they spread to.
History
Glow grass's planet of origin remained a mystery as it had been spread over the galaxy so many years prior that there was no way to track it back to where it had come from.
