Corman Voor is a gangster on the moon Clarion and a collector of objects, information, and people. He works in the slave trade and a number of other seedy enterprises. He was outsmarted by Robin Cunningham in an elaborate ruse to free Skip Tyler's sister Valerie from her confinement. Valerie Tyler had also managed to acquire a great deal of information about Voor's criminal empire and a great deal of information he'd collected about others before her capture. She escaped with this information but Voor has yet to feel the backlash from it.
