Deep Ones

Deep Ones were a strange halfbreed race created when Human women were impregnated by the Old One Dagon. The offspring bore some resemblance to humans in shape but had fish or squid like features which often manifested more with age.

Biology and Appearance

Deep Ones were humanoid in appearance but with many traits of fish and aquatic life. They were also able to extend tentacles as needed or were often for the d to conceal them. These features were more prominent the older the Deep One became.

Society and Culture

Deep Ones were often regarded as dark gods and many played this role very well. Those that did not conform went out on their own. The youngest could pass for human and integrated into the culture.

History

Deep Ones historically stuck to the coastal regions and remote coastal towns of Earth and made themselves gods there.
