One should always make sure to read the history books before making governement choices.
Personally I’m with Robert Heinlein about this – if an important descition is being made, one person is responsible for it, even if he’s ruling a committy or manipulating the members behind the scenes. 3 people does sound like a good number for management.
Some committee members seem quite astute.
