To be honest, Alice seemed much more competent when working with Red in the last episode, like all Muffin crewmembers she seems to have improved.
Belinda is also a jerk though. Having the one responsible for the unnecessary death of your friends walk around with seemingly no remorse and not even having suffered any disciplinary action, while you are confined to a wheelchair, rolling around your old workplace where you will never be able to do your old work again – I don’t think even a highly competent therapist can work against that. Allison would at least need to get off the Muffin.
This is where Alice’s lack of skill at her job becomes a lot less funny.
