   I’m gonna go with resistant. Like the armor on the sith troopers in the newest trilogy. They just need to be hit the correct way.

   Or they have a bit of magnetic/electrical shielding like the droid in episode III.

   I refuse to believe in ‘full-proof’ light saber armor! 😛
