It’s possible that she intentionally revealed herself, the same force that is killing Jedi’s may also be going after the Sith. Doesn’t mean that she doesn’t have ulterior motives though.
I get the feeling that Darth Pestilous either doesn’t care about dying because she found a way around that little problem or she is, like Redwina Shirt, impervious to harm! 😀
They found her, now whether she wants to be reasonable and talk to them about it or just fight them to the death is anybody’s guess! 😀
