The common denominator to both those egg-based recipes is that one can’t make one without first breaking an egg … 😀
Our family was boring when it came to making scrambled eggs, we just made scrambled eggs, with a little margarine or butter and a dash or two of milk.. 😀
Of course we did boiled and poached eggs when needed but in my younger years, scrambled eggs on toast was rather common! 😀
You’re one up on me. I never got milk in my scrambled eggs. Of course, if I had gotten some milk in them I would have called it an omelette, not a scrambled egg. Come to think about it, make that two up on me. We used leftover bacon grease to cook our eggs in, not butter/margarine.
