I don’t think the fact that she’s a wanted criminal is going to matter if the evidence proves she was framed. Did he somehow not know that?
Wasn’t that part of the ‘plot’ to convince Anakin to take out the Jedi … they’d kill all the senators who colluded/worked with Palpatine?
