As I thought. I wonder if Marty’s thought about how medical needs would be handled whilst she’s onboard? While it’s not like Dr. Oon couldn’t handle whatever medical conditions she might wind up with, writing up a medical report on a stowaway won’t go unnoticed for long! 😀
Isn’t that half the logs on this ship?
I mean if a random portal opened and dumped a mass of raw tuna on the bridge Bob would likely ask if it was Tuesday already.
In a patriarchal autocracy any daughters of the ruling class pretty much always get a raw deal.
Basically prisoners in a gilded cage where the only choice they are ever afforded is ‘political marriage as directed by family or holy orders’ and it is common to not even get that choice.
Personally, I think there are people who ended worse. Leto I Atreides, for example.
Sure, Irulan never had sex with Paul, but she was member of his high council, later serves as chief advisor to Alia and then as guide and confidante to Ghanima.
Lt. Lor would probably notice, but all Marty has to say is ‘she’s here and you have no need to know why’. At which point Lor would see about adjusting the budget to cover her expenses and then drop the matter.

Then Lt. Lor would have to rethink the budget – you ever done a budget for “women’s expenses”? 😀
