It’s interesting to note that Ensign Lynch got assimilated by the Borg in the Star Trek movie First Contact (Episode MOV 008) and was killed by Picard, who retrieved a Borg neuro-processor from the corpse. Ensign Harrison, however, doesn’t appear anywhere so is probably a LG-verse reference. 😀

David Lynch directed the Dune movie in the 80s, John Harrison directed Sci-Fi Channel’s Dune mini-series in 2000.
