Ensign Bueller’s only been absent 9 times…no, make that 2 times…
“dumped a bucket of white pain” That white pain must be really awful stuff! 😀
That’s the pain when you stub your toe going to the bathroom at night, and you don’t want to make a noise that might wake up others. So it reflects around in there awhile…
Or the pain you experience when you find out that hot lights can inflict pain on skin! Yes, done that once or twice back in the incandescent days.
I think that both CommanderBalok and BrickVoid are both forgetting the intense and excruciating pain of walking upon a discarded lego block whilst trying to sneak about the house for a late night bathroom stop. Toe stubbing and incandescent bulb burns pale in significance to the raw terror of the knowledge that the pitch black lounge room you are about to traverse has 7 randomly scattered lego bricks. Oh the pain….
I’ve been collecting Lego since the late 80’s. On a possibly related note, I almost never go barefoot.
I must be most fortunate not to have experienced that, then. Which brick is the most painful, anyway? I spend more time looking for escaped LEGO bricks than forgetting about them and stepping on them.
I stepped on a 2×2 plate once, hardly even noticed it.
