It will be interesting to see in what situations this ability of his will be useful. I’m still confused as to what he’s actually seeing so I can’t even begin to think how it is at all helpful to see it.
The only thing I can think of right now would be when he needs to hurt/kill someone and doesn’t want to see their face. That’s pretty dark though. Belinda couldn’t mean that…could she?
I think perhaps Cthulhu is having a little fun messing with Red’s head, after all, he did say his species could make people see what they want them to see. It therefore stands to reason that if he’s aware that Red’s seeing things in other people, that he might think it fun to make him still think he’s seeing things! 😀
It is like a lamp. You can turn it off and on and it will still be there; while if you get rid of it, it is not.
