Normailty will return eventually, but not until he’s had a chance to readjust himself to the people he’s always been around until recently. He did seem to be coping well with the effects Carcosa had on where he thought his physical being was, perhaps he’s still having an aftereffect from that, like it takes time for his mind to readjust itself to normal real world stimuli or something similar? 😉
Since they’re normal until we see Red’s POV shot, I’d guess that this is mostly likely just in his head, as an aftereffect of Carcosa.
Or maybe he’s now able to see the truth of the Universe. Kinda like that guy with the special glasses in the movie “They Live”.
Well, he did say he was crazy and doubt hanging out in Carcosa helped.

Killing Red is difficult. No one said anything about driving him out of his mind.
The last panel is awesome. :-O
This reminds me of Sluggy freelance, when Torg travels to the wrong dimensions. All the time it seems.
“I think we have the wrong Torg.” “What tipped you off? The purple hair? The fact that he speaks Portuguese?” “Okay, so you noticed too…”
Nothing like a quick layover in the Twilight Zone.
Red: ”You all look sort of different. Have you done something with your hair?”
But the hair is the only part of their bodies that stayed the same! 😀
Poor Red, That might take some tinme for him to get used to.
Bob face makes me think of the Shadowman from the latest Princess and the frog movie.
They look like monsters to you?
