I feel like anyone who works in a tattoo parlor should probably have lots of tattoos. Luckily that minifigure came out recently. I made him an alien for the language barrier aspect. I know there aren’t really aliens as such in Star Pirates, but we can just say he’s some kind of mutant, or his face is also covered in tattoos. Yeah, that last one’s good, let’s go with that.
