I thought the ship could use a pharmacy. Technically there’s nothing wrong with this. As long as the doctor’s name, address, and phone number are written on it, a prescription for a non-controlled substance can be on anything, cocktail napkin, piece of notebook paper… the side of a hog. At least in the U.S., not sure about the rest of the world.
I vaguely remember seeing on TV someone in the UK writing a cheque on the side of a cow and the bank honoured it…
