Dekket, Ryan, Ambassador Haran, Ambassador Kestrin, Ambassador Hungrek

I really like the idea of Earth’s ambassador being nonhuman, and Doctor Who makes such things possible. Not that I couldn’t come up with my own ideas, but why pass up a perfectly good Doctor Who reference?
