At one point I planned to make a bigger deal of the fact that the Jedi Killers were actually captured Jedi who’d been tortured, mind controlled, and converted into killing machines for President Palpatine. I never really got around to that being a major point though, so it’s getting this mention in passing after the fact. Marty saw the process and was able to aid them in fixing things in some cases.
